Diversity, Inclusion and Unconscious Bias

Despite the well documented business benefits of (gender) diversity, and the significant investments many organisations are making in attraction and retention strategies, the fact remains that women are seriously under-represented at senior leadership levels. Fresh thinking in the field suggests that a major cause of this may be (un)conscious bias.
