I started out as a corporate lawyer full of naïve ideas about solving complex problems. I found mediation a better solution than the courts, so did a PhD to deep dive into what it takes to run an effective problem solving process as a third party. I was then lured into the world of management consulting by a persuasive partner at Deloitte.  Consulting alongside Juliet Bourke in Deloitte's Diversity and Inclusion Practice was a fabulous foundation for my current work with leaders, teams and organisations on building their diversity and inclusive leadership capability.
